    IR booster is required to operate remote devices like TV, AC etc. this previllege is not corporated in 7T. please make it possible with next update.

    None of OnePlus's phones execpt maybe the first ones have an IR sensor.


    There is also no reason to control devices like that with a phone when most come with a remote and if you want to control more then one device with a remote, then buy a universal remote.

    There is no ir blaster on any oneplus device. You cannot add the missing hardware by a software update. You should research better before buying.
