    Hi there,

    Please don't close this thread: this is a genuine concern about how OnePlus is handling the 7 Pro 5G, and deserves discussion.

    Do other 7P5G users feel as if they are slowly being abandoned as problem children? Currently we are two updates behind everyone else on the 7 series. Today, the 1+6 has had the November security update, before we have.

    This is against a backdrop of inconsistent updates before now with no explanation as to why.

    Could someone from OnePlus please confirm what is happening. Are we still important? Is there a problem? Is OnePlus still committed to the 7P5G??

    Not sure about any other updates but I'm sure OP75G should get the OS11 update in the near future.

    However that is still no excuse for only 2 updates in the last year though!

    Let's hope that more updates come in soon

    5G devices are AFAIK maintained by their respective carriers, not OnePlus, and have their own update schedules.

    After hearing this I'm so thankful I got the 7Pro instead of the 5G variant

    Completely agree. Explain or apologise. But saying nothing is just rubbish.

    So much for OnePlus and their funky reputation and promise of updates. Just appears to only be true for some customers, not all.

    Approve them. Carriers have to make sure they work with their service and takes months on end.
