So I recently installed the Beta 2 for android 10 and the first thing that I did was to remove permissions from apps accessing my location, now the only way ( supposedly ) they get access is when I am actually using the app, now I bet that a lot of people change the location to this but I wanted to ask if anyone has noticed that from time to time when unlocking your phone you happen to get them a quick message from android saying that an app had accessed your location? its just a quick message that stays for probably less than a second.

Is it android by itself accessing my location or a bug?
