    Waited. Queued for 30 minutes.
    Get into a chat and it says "one plus will be with you shortly!"

    About 15 minutes later I get disconnected they asked me to rate their customer service.

    I have touchscreen issues and it looks like crappy customer service on one plus strikes again. Never investing my money in this company again.

    Same here, choppy scroll and unresponsive touch. Ticket opened on monday morning and still no reply as of today.
    Live chat is a joke, I waited for many times until it gets disconected before I can talk to anyone.
    What is the best way to send the phone back and get a refund? I had enough of this bullshit.
