Why can’t I share my invite?
We do this to restrict people from selling OnePlus 2 invites. We want to protect the rights of our users and avoid creating a second-hand invite market.
When can I receive my invite to share?
Currently it’s 10 days after purchasing your OnePlus 2 that you’ll receive your shareable invite. We will start rolling out the invites to share soon.

How do I know the invite that I’ve received is not a fake?
The invite should look like this:

- The invite needs to come from the sender invites@oneplus.net.
- Clicking on the link will take you to our website at https://invites.oneplus.net/claim/ or directly to your OnePlus account with the invite code already claimed. Make sure to double check the URL in the address bar in your browser.
- Since we’re partnering in India or SEA with third-party retailers, the invite will look slightly different in those regions.
I’m position 4542 on the reservation list when do I get my invite?
We see a lot of forum members are dwelling too much on their position in the reservation list. As mentioned on the invites page, the roll out on the reservation list is slower than on the other tiers. If you are an early supporter - despite your possible low ranking on the reservation list - you’ll receive your invite faster.
As Mike posted
before, we do not recommend that you cheat your way to the top. Once caught, you’ll be penalized and it’ll take even longer to receive your invite.
I’ve received a region-specific invite instead of a global one, what can I do?
Invites are sent out based on your region. Your region is determined based on your IP address. However, if you’ve been using a VPN or recently went on vacation, you may have received an invite from another region. Please
contact our support and you’ll get a correct invite.
My invite expired, can I get a new one?
When an invite expires, the corresponding OnePlus 2 is allocated to someone else waiting for an invite. Unfortunately, we cannot reissue invites every time one expires. To ensure you are seeing all emails from OnePlus, make sure emails from oneplus.net don’t end up in your spam or hidden under the Promotions tab by adding it to your contacts.
Will my invite be reissued after I cancelled my order?
Invites will not be reissued if the order expires. If there are other issues related to payment
contact support.
How can I get an invite if I am not from one of your launched countries?
It is also possible to receive an invite if you’re not in one of our launched countries.

Why is my rank on the reservation list changing?
The users who signed up for the reservation list are sharing it with their friends. If a friends signs up through a referral link, the person that shared the link will get bumped up, causing other users who didn’t promote their referral link to move to a lower rank.
How long are invites valid?
How long the invites are valid depends on each region. Invites are valid for:
- NA / EU / HK & TW: 24h to claim an invite / 24h to purchase the phone
- India: 48h to claim an invite / 48h to purchase the phone
- SG: 48h to claim an invite / 48h to purchase the phone
- MY: 48h to claim an invite / 5 days to purchase the phone

We have five different regions with different invites:
- NA / EU / HK & TW
- India
- Singapore
- Malaysia
- Indonesia
Why will my region get invites later?
In every country there are different laws regarding sales. Besides having to obey by the rules in a certain country, we have different stock and availability in different regions. Invites are sent out based on that stock and availability.
Why is someone getting an invite before me?
We’re rolling out invites according to
the tiers. Users lower on the reservation list may be higher in a higher tier depending on several factors, such as: orders in the store, quality posts on forums, participating in contests etc.
When will I receive my OP2 order?
Hong Kong & Taiwan:
- Standard shipping: 6-10 business days
- Express shipping: 4-8 business days
Europe:
- For standard shipping: 8-17 business days
- For express shipping: 7-15 business days
North America:
- For standard shipping: 7-11 business days
- For express shipping: 6-9 business days
