Odd the SD821 is 10% more efficient but they boost the battery size by over 10% on the OP3T, so did they make a mistake on the OP3 battery size or is it just a needless update?

I guess the big news will be it runs Daydream/VR (which has little attraction for me) other than that unless 32GB isn't enough memory it seems a pointless upgrade, I just hope OS updates, & sales, continue for the OP3.

Yeah. It starts selling on 28th. So You can add 2-5 weeks delivery time. This means, you may get the OP3T in 1+ Month.

If the specs are like listed on the leaked page, there is no reason.

I think that OnePlus has something realy special for us, I don't think that they realy would lauch a 3T with such minor upgrades. Maybe a smartwatch with it? Or something else but I think that they will suprise us all

What’s new? First off, the rumored upgrade to the Snapdragon 821 processor is true as the OnePlus 3T packs a quad-core 821 clocked at 2.35GHz and paired with the Adreno 530 GPU. Like the standard OnePlus 3, that’s paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, but users also now have the option of packing 128GB of storage into the phone for an extra fee. There’s also a new color variant, “Gunmetal.”

The paralells with the standard OnePlus 3 continue with the same design, size, and weight, although it is worth mentioning that the OnePlus 3T packs a larger 3,400 mAh battery with OnePlus’ quick Dash Charge technology. The front facing camera also gets a big upgrade with a 16MP sensor replacing the 8MP sensor on the OnePlus 3.

Or maybe it's just a minor upgrade so that they don't have to develop a whole new ROM for it.

I guess it's time to buy Xiaomi Mi Note 2. OP3T is too little for too much.

    406-407 dollars for 64GB, 449-479 dollars for 128GB?

I don't like much either colors, but most likely I will buy Gunmetal + use TUDIA OMNIX case to hide most of ugly rear color.

Wow, @Carl thankyou for gutting the OP3 owners out with the same dimensions but 3000MaH, And not only that kudos for destroying your OP3's development, 5 Month EOL window good know we have new policy here at OP for every 5 Months we will get a new phone.

And still FHD LOL. what's the use of 821 now ? Daydream ? Daydream or any VR needs atleast 2K/QHD res screen else pixelation, For same design in every aspect & Display shortage, late deliveries but 3T also same screen ROFL that's very stupid. Nice side grade with all the bells and whistles it comes for extra 40-80bucks, Finally no Nougat haha..

Really DICK move, all that XDA interview and all, You've earned a lot of rep but this feat it's just simply blatant and inexcusable & a massive Pitfall. No OEM in this world refreshes a flagship after 5 month.

Thank you very much OP, The 3 will be my first and last..

P.S - Silver looked more better.

When does it come out (Global version)? I'm still using OP1 and tbh I don't understand OP policy. FIrst phone was great for the price, and now we get incremental upgrades and not even 2K screen and wireless charging.
