Thank you for your kindness to inform me about the non-working link.
I tried to give an "updated" first post, so that you can "reach" the site i was referring to. am sorry for any inconvenience you've had due to the fact that the forum software is really strict regarding links to different shops and plattforms.
May i suggest next time you could be so kind to ask for an actual working link or try something like this

It's not a great update from op5, the screen is 6" but since it's going to have software navigation buttons ,it's going to take upto 0.3" so it becomes 5.7",but battery got a good bump, it should make OP5T easily last a 1hr SOT extra

Lol, why not the oneplus 7, that will correct every problem the 6t will have, mind you I could wait till the 7t because that will correct the problems with the 7 and so on and so on lol, no I am quite happy to go for the oneplus 6 because that will be 2 years since I bought the oneplus 3 and I uograde my phone every 2 years.
You can't keep I will wait and wait because there is never a perfect phone and if you keep waiting and waiting you will never buy one!

OIS costs $$$ so no. A lot of money was invested with Sony for the camera I doubt they have got the cash to go back to Sony and get OIS fitted lol. And I doubt they can't just start fresh with a new camera.

I'm not interested in upgrade my OP5 to 5T.
The display is not enough and btw the FP moves to the back side, for me a bad deal as I use the FP to unlock the phone while in car dock.
I'll wait for the first prone with full-front diesplay and ultrasonic FP behind the screen...

OP3T had OIS..... theres plenty of Phones with SOny Camera + OIS, they can keep the same camera cmos... and add OIS, and thats the point of T series.. its an upgraded version of their regular counter part, so OIS would make sense... when they freaking bolster their marketing about BEST CAMERA.... thats so funny

Well, for me it's 36:18, so... yeah. :p

Joking aside - instead of jumping on the screen aspect ratio bandwagon, how about OEMs start introducing innovative new features?

That's the exact approach I'm taking. Who knows how well OOS will work with a bigger screen. How many more bugs and glitches that will pop up. Seems like an easy enough task. But I wouldn't doubt there will be some hiccups.

Most of all, I wanna know who is supplying the screens. If it's LG, then no thanks!!

IF this is real (probably NOT):

    1) I like the jump to QHD. It makes all the sense in the world.

2). OnePlus would be STUPID to drop the capacitive buttons. It is a real feature that is unique to OP.

3). 18:9 aspect is being pursued by other manufacturers to make up for the lost real estate with the navigation bar. Dropping the capacitive buttons for an onscreen navigation does NOTHING to prove the product.

4). OnePlus needs to stop playing this game. I WANT to buy a new phone, and it CANNOT be a OnePlus right now. I am about to be forced away from OnePlus, when I legitimately want to buy one! I NEED a replacement for my OP2, and this game is making me consider manufacturers that I really don't care for.

OP needs to restock, or announce a new model. If the OP5T is as described in this dubious listing, or I'd OP takes too long releasing stock, I will have to skip OnePlus for my next purchase. That won't make me, or OnePlus happy.

From everything that's been rumored, it won't be QHD. I've only seen 2160x1080p.

And as much as it pains me to say, the capacitive buttons will be gone with 5t. That was among the biggest reasons I got rid of the s8+ in favor of the OP5. 18:9 is a goofy aspect ratio too. I hated it on the s8+ since most of the apps didn't support it. And stretching the apps made everything look cheap
