When was the last OS update released for OnePlus 7 pro, it feels like they have stopped pushing updates. When can we expect the next update.

    Thank you.

Hi there, why do you feel they have stopped the updates. Have you checked the pinned threads in the section where you have posted this thread?

I saw that, thanks for sharing. But my current os version is 10.3.4 and my security patch is of July's and indicating warning symbol, so I am bit worried. I didn't even receive 10.3.5

I'm really not sure why you have to worry? Do you install apks from outside of playstore or do you visit dodgy sites or use cracked apps?
Are you only worried because it's shown in red and you would have been fine if it dint show red?

There are various reasons for the device to heat depending on circumstances, like if you play high graphic intensive games it will heat irrespective of the updates.

Anyways, the update is already available, you should receive it. If you can not wait you can use third party app called as oxygen updater. I would not recommend it personally but if waiting is the problem, then thats the alternative.

Will there be any effect if I use 3rd party OS updater app.

The reason for gradual roll out is to identify critical bugs at initial stage when update is rolled out to few devices. This is to make sure show stopper bugs are contained without affecting the devices in masses.

When you use third party app you no issues are observed.
