[CLOSED] Pick up repair serviceOneplus buds via OnePlus Nord

    I book a pickup repair service for oneplus buds which left earpiece is not working no sound. When my buds picked up there is no crack or damage in charging case but when buds reached to OnePlus' service centre they found cracked in charging case.
    What I do?
    I also complaint about this but there is more than 15 days I don't get any update.
    Please do something
    I get my buds which return without repair.
    What I do?

    I escalate the case atleast more than 10 times
    I contacted OnePlus through mail call and what's app chat
    But nothing happens
