PiP doesn't work on my YouTube app. it works absolutely fine everywhere else but the YouTube app. whenever I press the home button, it just goes back to home screen without the PiP. I've enabled it in songs but it still won't work.

    Does anybody know the solution?

    Please help!

PiP works, you just have to read and find out how and its limitations (I have posted this dozens of times already).

PiP in the OS is a framework that is provided for the function. Each app dev has to choose whether to use and how. Many (most) apps don't use it and likely will never because there is little point (having a tiny display window on a text based app would be kind of pointless as an example).

YouTube is enabled, but only for those that have a paid YouTube Red subscription (there are workarounds - search for them).

Maps is PiP enabled, but only active in Nav mode.

WhatsApp is enabled, but only in a video call.

    Chrome depends on site/content.

Netflix requires Oreo 8.1 update to work (on all devices not just O+).
