[CLOSED][RESOLVED]OnePlus won't finalize manufacturer warranty claim

    I've been trying to get a manufacturer warranty claim finalized for almost two months. After I initiated a claim for an issue with distortion in my front speaker of myy 7t OnePlus requested information from me about the phone. I emailed them several times after that with the information and have never heard back. I've tried to call and they just disconnect the phone when I'm connected with a customer representative and they have never replied further to my emails. I've even checked my spam box to make sure the emails were not going to spam. I initiated the claim July 22. Is this the extent of OnePlus customer service? This is my second OnePlus phone but most likely my last.

    I got my phone back. Turn around time on repairs was less then a week. Front speaker issue has been fixed. Thanks for your help getting this resolved. ONEPLUS is now back in my good graces. [e]1f609[/e]
