    Received my OnePlus 5 today and turned it on to the horrific jelly scrolling effect... I immediately ran all updates and factory reset and cleared cache hoping it would resolve the issue ... no dice.

    this is unacceptable for a company to mount their screens upside down in hopes that no one would notice...

    I will be purchasing the Galaxy S8 and it's right side up screen for $524.99 after rebate brand new.

    Good Bye OnePlus, you have made a huge mistake.

    I am really torn. This phone is fantastic except for the jelly scroll issue. It's very subtle and I doubt I would have noticed it unless I knew about it but now it's always on my mind.

    Well, guess what. I don't have the jelly effect. Don't think it's because the screen is not upside down. So please. Just return your phone, get an S8 and stop posting stupid things on this forum. Already a lot of people complain about stupid things. Glad I won't have the same phone as you.

    could you do me a favor before you return it ? please make a screen recording of that jelly scroll issue. not a video by another device but a internal screen recording by the oneplus 5 itself. i really like to know if that jelly effect will also be visible on such a recording.
