Okay, that explains it. Tested two demo devices today at my local store and didn't experience it on them either

Why would you need one? Just see the XDA post, why spend money on something that's not right...
    You @Carl ?

It became a major issue because the internet is full of crap and crap get inside the general consumer mind. Guys, don't refund a great phone for a problem that doesn't exist! I got this phantomatic jelly effect, and it doesn't bother me at all BECAUSE I CAN'T SEE IT WHILE OPERATING MY DEVICE PROPERLY INSTEAD OF SCROLLING BACK AND FORTH LIKE A MANIAC JUST TO SEE IT!

it's my understanding that the effect is only triggered if you keep playing with it up and down rapidly. is that right?

My OP5 is perfect. can't see anything wrong with it.... don't go looking for problems and you won't find any.

Didn't you read what I said? I said that maybe the fact that the screen is inverted has nothing to do with this effect as I don't have it.

It's such a subtle effect that it's not surprising to see that some people can't notice it even after being told. But this isn't a defect or quality control issue. It's literally due to how OP5 was built and coded. There's no logical answer as to why this wouldn't be present in all OP5 devices. So until you or someone else can post a video of their OP5 not having this issue, I think it's much more likely that they just can't see it.

Guys it's clearly NOT an issue on all the phones. I've seen it on the videos from others that have the problem but try as I might to reproduce it on my phone it just isn't there and there are clearly many others like me.
