same issue here
Is there a way to flag this to Oneplus?
Tell.me.about it! This is so irritating! I feel my audio has also been compromised.
ohh ya i noticed that thing. i haven't tried playing media yet but surely the locking and unlocking sound has reduced noticably.
I've played a few songs using my earphones and the volume has reduced considerably.
I noticed anyway that by setting the brightness at max the screen looks as the max setting on Oreo... so it's some kind of adjusting issue
Don't know what the issue is but they should've spent some more time in dealing with these issues before rolling out the update
This is not an issue... read the dang announcement thread and you'll learn why it is why it is.
can you provide the link?
Look in the Announcements forum. It's a thread called "How we adapted to Android Pie".
already read evrythng, and m damn sure that it surely does not behaves like they have wanted it to. you tell me whether is it fine to keep brightness above 60% while you are in indoor conditions, forget about looking at it straight under the sunlight
Try to aim your display toward shade rather than directly in the sunlight.
even me... brightness is not reducing when set to automatic
Please use the search before creating a new thread. There are several threads already open and answered about this.
Redundant thread closed
Can't anyone of you really read?
Same problem with the brightness and battery. Battery draining faster because I need the brightness higher! Please fix the brightness!
yeah I'm having the same brightness issue.
