Why? Unless you live in the same region, have the same service provider and the exact same usage, yours will be different.

Barely 3 hours. Flashed Franco Kernel last night and I can easily get 4 hours now

Sorry but this is just a fairytale.
No custom kernel will increase SOT by 25%.

It's simply not true and no kernel developer claims that this can happen.

So probably something else helped and u don't know what exactly.

Sorry to let you know, I'm not BSing. Oreo on the 3T has been frankly s h i t in terms of battery, and Franco Kernel has definitely made a difference to me. Whether or not the developer claims this happens is a completely different issue

    Right.
So the developer himself doesn't write anything about such increase (which anyway technically cannot happen by a kernel), but you -a simple user- claim that it does miracles.

    Whatever u say buddy.
People can evaluate your post and also check the Franco kernel's topic.

In fact, why don't u go over there at XDA and post your claims. And let's see what other people there will answer you.

Finally, Oreo is just fine with battery. Had good battery life and Android 7 and now its almost the same with Android 8.
You just probably can't find what is creating your battery drain.

That's great for you mate. Personally I've seen battery performance go down with each Android Upgrade and Franco Kernel's helped. That doesn't mean that I'm claiming it'll help anyone. I'm only sharing my experience, calm your tits
