Oneplus should restrict sensitive icons like network, airplane mode icons to be used on lock screen. These should only be available only when screen in opened. Previously I was using Xperia and those icons were hidden from notification tray on locked screen..

Also it will be good and more secure if power options are removed when screen is locked..

I agree with this! A screen lock is supposed to lock the screen. I had misplaced my phone in my friends home. i thought of calling my phone from another number to locate it. but a prankster who hid my cell turned on the Airplane mode. was very frustrating.

OnePlus! If they had the sense to design the lock screen in such a way that if the phone is locked, the pull down notification menu should be inaccessible

    good!!!
you keep forgetting your phone and blame oneplus for that!!!
what if Oneplus does what you say and now your friends switches-off your phone!!!
So oneplus should remove the option of switching off the phone from lock-screen as well!!!
Now Oneplus even removes that from lock-screen!!!
What if they put your phone somewhere without cell reception???
There is no end to this!!!
You have to be careful and stop blaming everyone for your mistakes!!!

Guys stop being dumb, learn some code and go read AOSP code

It was Google's decision to make those icons accessible. Not oneplus

So stop blaming oneplus and find some better work to do. Oneplus cannot modify this behaviour without running into trouble with Google

About Sony: they make engineers call themselves "outside collaborators"
This way they can violate Google's compatibility tests without being caught

Sony doesn't give 2 shits about compatibility, security, speed, reliability or even usability for the matter

why don't you post this feedback to Google instead? I don't think that one plus can help you much on this.

    CopperheadOS has implemented this feature

However it is interesting to know that CopperheadOS doesn't ship Google apps and so doesn't have any agreement with Google so Google cannot intervene in what CopperheadOS does

This feedback has been sent to Google many times

Bottom line: unless you're a company suggesting feedback Google won't even look at your report

Nobody is going to port CopperheadOS to oneplus. No developer really cares about your security

CopperheadOS is hard to port because it changes everyday

Basically for CopperheadOS you have to build your own source from scratch

Mr.Gopal. I understand you are so loyal to oneplus. but one thing you have to remember, we human beings cannot be so careful all the time (you may be exception), we do miss things at time. Thats is why we are posting things here to check whether we get solution for our mistakes and problem.

Upto my knowledge android is a opensource and anyone can do their changes to the code. So there could be no "getting caught"

Sony breaks their agreement with Google, pays no attention to selinux policies. Distributes BSPs to people outside Sony and forces selinux to be permissive

They are definitely breaking a lot of security and stability rules here. Can't see them? You're dumb
