SlackW_1993 , Jan 14, 2021 : Hi Of course it is a stable full version. No need to wait for the OTA which is only an incremental firmware not useful to solve all problems. Next time always use Oxygen Updater app from the PlayStore to solve all your update needs with the firmwares dedicated to your own device directly from the OnePlus servers far more quickly than any slow and late OTA.
