install Psiphon free from play store. run it and I options change server to Canada.

go to system update and check for update. Voila!

use a vpn to get it earlier, or the oxygen updater app, or you can also download the ota file and flash it manually!
the world doesn't revolve around india!!

Install Opera vpn from play store.

It will guide you.

Check system update after vpn is set to Canada.

connect to Canada server via VPN(any app from playstore) and then check the system updates. you'll get a notification to download and install 4.5.11
