    Maximusi , Nov 5, 2017 :
    Good Evening,

I am extreamly worried as my phone has randomly asked me for my pin code which it never normally does unless its rebooted (it hasn't I can gurantee that as it was connected to wifi and showing notifications) however my pincode isn't working.

I wouldn't mind factory resetting my phone except my photo sync hasn't been working for 4 months and I have photos I really cant lose (I know my own fault for not fixing the sync).

I am desperately trying to find a way around this I know my pin but it says its wrong.

    Things I have tried:
    > Every pin under the sun I would set
    > Adroid Device Manager lock feature (except they have removed the ability to set a new password)
    > I am connected to Exchange server via Office365 but I cannot see an option to reset pin
    > Android Lock Screen Removal (but it says its an unsupported phone

I may have USB debugging already turned on cannot remember.

Does anyone know or can think of something I could try I am desperate now.

OP5 asks for PIN code once a day to enforce security.
If you can't provide it, your phone won't open, as security measure. You'd legitimately be worried if your phone could be unlocked with a security fail.
So I'm sorry to inform you that either you enter your PIN code, or you won't get access to your data.
