I have been watching Amazon Prime videos in HD/1080p quality in my OnePlus 7T device. After the Oxygen 11 update based on Android 11, I am unable to stream HD videos. I can stream the videos HD in both Prime and Hotstar in my TV with the same internet connection. Off late I got to know that it is because widevine l1 has been removed from the phone with the latest os update!

Updates should give newer features. Not killing the existing features! Who would like to watch movies in phone having display of this quality in 480p? When will this issue be rectified?

So you tried things like enabling biometric authentication in the app store as suggested by the other posts? (And a few other examples)

In that case it would be good to state what you already tried.

Additionally, you would have also seen in those posts that you'd need to contact support, and not make another thread about the topic.

Yes I did. The issue is being caused because of downgrading from widevine l1 to l3. Not able to stream HD contents in OTT.
