CLUB INDIA has been a primary driving force in helping a lot of Indians to lay their hands on the beast , OPO. Now that OPO is officially launched in India (Hopefully this year itself). The dynamics have changed. The need to import OPO is no longer there. While a lot of old timers were able to import and get their phones from US, it is now no longer required. India is Unique and dynamic and the need for the best at the most competitive price is unrelenting. We crave technology and strive to get it at the best price. Well OPO is your answer for all of us. However, the demand in India is going to be far higher than supply. My guess is might be greater than rest of the world put together. So buckle up and prepare for a long wait and help us to help lots more of us to fondle this beast of a phone.
The purpose of this thread is for Indian OPO Lovers to gather in one place and have fun, share information and help each other however we can. Please note that this is NOT a thread with invite sharing as primary purpose, however if someone is kind enough to share any invite with us be it Global or Indian, we will do our best to try and share it with someone who needs an OPO. UPDATE :
On the auspicious occasion of the second Monday in the month of December 2014 (08-Dec-2014), CLUB INDIA has decided to STOP receiving and sharing Global & Indian Invites for the OnePlus One. All invites shared with us so far will be distributed. We will NOT be doing any more of this. Thanks for everyone for being a part of CLUB INDIA. Please do hang around and have fun.
Reasons for Closing :
- Invites are easy to get
- Too many Scalpers
- The CLUB INDIA MOD's decided to continue living their LIFE

- Update this thread link , Your Invite Status(Awaiting or Received) and Indian flag in your signature.
- Update your Display Picture. DP subconsciously associates an identity for you. For example, everyone identifies @Ponds186 with Calvin and Hobbes. It is easier to get noticed.
- You Membership Level needs to be GingerBread or above.
- Your Profile should be visible to forum members. Update your location in your profile.
- Indian Tricolour needs to be present in your signature. It is left to your imagination as to how it should be , but it should be.
- Be Helpful and Active.

- OnePlus is NOT going to send us the phone directly to INDIA as INDIA is not one of the 16 initial launch countries.
- If you have family/relatives/friends in one of the launch countries, you may ship your device to the selected country, and have them bring your phone back to INDIA.
- Here is the GUIDE on buying OPO.
Using Parcel Forwarding Service
- If you do not have anyone in launch countries, you may use the parcel forwarding service provided by third party.
- Normally it will take roughly 12-15 working days for OPO to ship from U.S.A to INDIA.
- Below are the estimated cost and Shipment Methods for bringing in OPO to INDIA.

To Become CLUB INDIA member and to get Invites you have to fill this Google Form and must meet below criteria.
1. Update this thread link , Your Invite Status(Awaiting or Received) and Indian flag (Most Important)in your signature(Mandatory).
2. You MUST have your Display Picture and you need to Introduce yourself on this thread after updating your Signature and filling the above form
3. Your Membership Level should be at least "ECLAIR" and Make sure you remain Active within the CLUB by helping other members.
4. Update your location in your profile and make it visible to forum members.
5. Have a Paypal or Working credit card kept ready before hand. (Had many members telling us their invites got expired before they had a chance to setup an account.)
