    Hi guys,

I am not getting any updates for the One Plus One OTA, I am still stuck on 11.0-XNPH25R.

Can anyone tell me how to upgrade to the firmware ?

Touch screen sensitivity issue has been discussed widely. Guess this release will fix the accidental activation of torch and music playback while in pocket issues. Thanks

I can't let you know what I think about the update because I can't get it. When problems are encountered (as many users have installing this OTA update), do I expect too much from OnePlus to post an official response and solution by editing the original post? I have searched this forum for the "one" solution to get the update after the installation aborts. Yes, there are many opinions, but what is the official solution for those of us that are users (and I assume they are as satisfied with the device as I am just to use it)? I love the phone but I am a user, not a hacker. I have not rooted, nor have I a desire to do so. I trust OnePlus and Cyanogen to do the engineering and technical tasks and provide me with the results, not just throw out updates for grabs, if one happens to be a hacker.

    Solution:
T-H-A-N-K Y-O-U!!! After just choosing "Install Update" for the ump-teenth time in a week (every time I received an "Update is available" notification), it completed, by itself. Which begs the question: Why didn't it work the first time! Just wondering.

Otherwise, the device (since July) is amazing!

Well, I did end up submitting a new ticket, and they used a remote tool to take access over my laptop to help me flash boot it. It didn't work =( I'm still getting random reboots.. Good luck on your midterms~! add oil~~

Yeah, I think the frequency has gone down for me as well, after my flash boot.. it's at about 21 in a day as opposed to the 37 in 13h from before. I would still prefer it to be 0 though... typing long texts and then having my phone reboot is so annoying

I am having display issue with the phone. I can see horizontal lines appearing at random at random places. This behavior points to more of a software issue than hardware. There are some times it is good. This happened for me after the 38R OTA update. Does any one else have the same issue? Any resolution yet?
