    Both my wife's and my OPO updated this morning. Mine popped up a message indicating it was ready to install and on my wife's I went to settings and about and system updates and it updated just fine from there. Both updated over wifi fine without turning it off first. So far, so good. I haven't seen any problems, but i'm not a power user either. :p:D

    I have read mixed reviews about the new update. Mostly it was about how the battery backup has reduced, but it seems to have fixed other problems too, and some outright suggested not get the update just yet.

    I am aware of the yellow tint of the screen and a yellow band at the bottom of the screen. I read people asking to expose it to sun for a while and many saying its just the way the screen is. I was ok with it. A friend told me that he has the same yellow band sort of thing, but that is almost not visible. I was and am ok with all this.

    But what is the black bar? I read that it has been fixe with the new update, but what was the problem? Was there a patch specifically to fix this issue or was it fixed because the updated fixed something else?

    Just received mine :).

    Need to monitor battery for couple of days for performance .

    BTW initial AnTuTu Benchmark shows more numbers compared to 38R ;)

    On 38R :: 45999
    On 44S :: 47225
