    OTA is incrementally update, so u need install every step from 25 to 44. 25 30 38 44 I think. Is an post here with all updates to download it.

    Did we reach a consensus for the process for rooted users?

    I've read the entire thread and it seems that we have some mixed opinions...

    (FWIW I am on 38R with TWRP, and rooted)

    Settings -> About Phone -> System updates should find and install the required updates - one after another - in the proper order. Won't take too long.

    Yes, I installed 44s with Franco on then after installation updated to Franco 31r (which gave me back the WiFi that 44s seemed to magic away!)
