I am going to follow these steps

    Download the file here:http://builds.cyngn.com/cyanogen-os...816218e8a/cm-12.0-YNG1TAS17L-bacon-signed.zip
    Then follow the steps below.
How to install Cyanogen OS 12 build YNG1TAS17L on OnePlus One [Instruction for non-rooted devices]
Step-1: Switch off your OnePlus One and reboot into recovery mode. Turn on the phone while holding Power and Volume Down buttons together until the phone responds. Within a few seconds you will be presented with the Recovery screen. Select Apply update from the list of available options
Step-2: On the next screen select Choose from internal storage
Step-3: Now select the storage device which should be 0/
Step-4: The OTA download file should be located on the Download folder, if you have allowed Chrome to automatically download the file. (If you have chosen a different location follow the appropriate directory to locate the OTA file
Step-5: Tap on the downloaded CM12 file and it will automatically install the update
Step-6: When the installation is completed, choose Reboot System now. Your phone will boot into the Cyanogen logo for about two to three minutes followed by the Optimization Application notification

Please note that this is still a 12.0 release, the bigger 12.1 update with additional improvements and bug fixes should be coming very soon.

Last time they messed it up with announcing the date early. ( for both Oxygen and COS). That's why this time no confirmed dates. But from their updates on other threads it went for Google certification and almost ready. Once the OP2 shipments are stable, they will focus back on update release.

Maybe you can elp me, my one plus one is less than a week old. It shipped with 28k Rom so I flashed manually the 213 update manually with a link someone posted and the guide by swipei5x . All seemed fine but the first time it booted up it ran slow, touchscreen stopped working, then the screen turned off and I had to hold the power button which made it restart.

After that all seemed to work perfectly well when it rebooted, everything is smooth, all apps and heavy games run fine except that it seems that it runs hot. Specifically the central area above right between camera and battery (Processor?). I did a factory reset and wiped dalvik which helped a bit removed almost all my apps except for crucial. When its on standby or just browsing through menus its fine but when i start to open up chrome, or youtube or anything then it starts to heat up, more intensive apps make it heat up more. Highest temp I got was 52 degres whilst running antutu according to CPUdroid app.

Are there any apps I can download to check that all is working fine from a hardware point of view
Maybe I should try reflashing with the same rom? (Is that possible through stock recovery?)
Any other checks (software/hardware) I can do to tell if this is normal?
