Edit: COS12.1.1 is better. m sticking with it like glue
From my personal experience, having the zip file in phone memory is least adviced. My buddy works in a tele shop. he told me the best practice was to flash via USB OTG. I did so.. wiped complete system including internal and flashed ROM in USB OTG. i can confirm i dont have those issues.
I have received notification of the System update YNG1TAS17L and it says it is ready to install. BUT, when I try to install it, my phone just restarts. Can you tell me why this is?
It's probably a sign that the update took one look at how bad your phone is setup, and decided to just give up and reboot.
Since update-nothing but problems:
1."cellular network unavailable"
2. How do I fix the font so I can read the numbers-they are an outline of the numbers
3. Bluetooth issues
4. Not receiving texts sometimes for several hours
The phone was awesome before update now . . . . . . . . tried going through the threads on the forums and have tried some suggestions, but still having the same issue. Can I get rid of the update without losing all my contacts again? Thanks, I could really use some friendly advice.
hate it-want the old one back
Battery life is never badder than after this software update, hope oneplus knows about this issue.
Running latest update - but this has increased the battery drain.
Also, i can not see the GMAIL app button on the phone.
Thanks chuckufarleys but thats not exactly helpful is it?!
Yes, I think so. From what you said, it looks like you are way behind in updates.
Why not just keep it the way it is. You'll probably will become part of the many, that say the the latest update sucks, and want to roll it back!
Battery life went from great to really bad with mine
AGREED. I am not a power user, I'm a novice, but since updating to CM12.1, my battery life has been HORRIBLE. Good thing I got the OnePlus Power Bank - I've been using it almost every single day since this garbage "update".
Can anyone tell me of an easy way to go back to CM12.0 for now, until they fix all these battery-eating issues??
Or is it better to try and install OxygenOS? I don't know how to do any of this...
Hi, I've had the OPO since last July and have never really had a problem up until the lollipop update. It is causing my battery to really drain and my SOT is almost half of what it was before. I've tried many things to try to sort out the problem but have now decided that it's probably best to just try to get back to kitkat. Only problem is I have no idea how to :/ ... i've searched the forum but most threads don't actually help. The ones that are useful I do not understand. If anyone could help in any way whatsoever I'd be extremely grateful - just explain a way in which a noob can understand. Thank you
Can anyone help me for an "invite" for Oneplus 2?
Do you have any luck to rectify the battery problem Fter this crappie update ?
When one can expect marshmallow updates??
