    Hi guys,

    I am trying to reflash my OnePlus back to CM11s. I am doing it via TWRP v2.8.7.

    From the Official ROM website, I have tried the:
    - Unofficial-cm-11.0-XNPH05Q-bacon-signed.zip
    -
    cm-11.0-XNPH33R-bacon-signed.zip

    Everytime I tried to flash it, I get this error in red. How do I fix it please?

    If anyone knows a fix please tell me. Thank you.

    I do not know how to ADB side load or fastboot Flash these images. I always needed to make sure the Android is still active, USB transfer to SD than "Advance Wipe".

    What do you mean by "Factory Reset"? Does this affect the "Internal Storage"?

    TWRP Advanced Wipe > I ticked "Davik Cache" + "System" + "Data" + "Cache"

    You need to flash CM11 FIRMWARE FIRST.

    On top of that those images from the official website may not flash in TWRP, check out XDA.

    Look in your build.prop and make sure your:
    ro.product.device = A0001

    In case you're not familiar with build.prop editing grab Build Prop Editor from the Play Store.

    You can remove the check from the updater-script but it sounds like that might be a little more advanced than your looking for right now.

    DO NOT DOWNGRADE VIA RECOVERY. For CM12 to CM11, you MUST use Fastboot to flash all the files. You will lose ALL data, so make sure to back it all up first.

    Downgrade via fastboot, don't flash using recovery you may end up with bricked phone.

    Yes I backed my data. I don't know how to start from the "fast boot method". Anyway, downgrade successful. Thanks.
