    Hello,

Recently one company called Com 1 stood out and started a Indiegogo campaign for a smartwatch. Not much of you may know this company... but it's a new one.

They have developed a smartwatch... with specs similar to other brands, but with a good price, aiming to compete with smartwatches from major manufacturers like LG, Samsung and ASUS.

    HARDWARE SPECIFICATION

    ■ CPU: 1GHz XBurst-based Ingenic JZ4775

    ■ Multimedia:

    - Dedicated 2D graphics engine

    - VPU (MPEG-2, MPEG-4, VC-1, H.264, VP8, RV9), 720p@30fps

    ■ Memory:

    - 256KB L2 cache RAM

    - 512 MB LPDDR1

    - 4 GB eMMC

    ■ 4-in-1 combo wireless connectivity:

    - WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n at 2.4/5 GHz)

    - Bluetooth 4.0 + EDR (BLE Compliant)

    - FM

    - NFC

    ■ Display:

    - 1.6” AMOLED Display , 320 x 320 resolution, 16.7 Million Colors , LED back light, Brightness: 300 cd/m^2.

    ■ Touchscreen support

    ■ Sensors:

    - 3-axis gyroscope, accelerometer, magnetometer, Pedometer, GPS, Heart Rate Sensor

    - Pressure, Humidity and Temperature

    ■ Audio: DMIC, speaker

    ■ Power: USB and 400 mAH Battery, with PMU and a custom magnetic lock 4-pin charger.

-Battery life of 2 days (approx.).

I would like to hear your opinions on this smartwatch.

It costs approximately $125-$145 for early birdies! Or $150-$170 for latecomers.

Mods can close this thread if it's a duplicate.

Update 1: Specs update, RAM booted up to 512MB.

That is a nice price, been keeping my interests on the Moto 360. Not sure if I will get one, but for $150 I just may!

I'm not considering to buy a smartwatch right now. But if I will i would surely consider it. Mostly for the specs/price rate.
Also I'm always happy when a new company rise showing what can be done without killing my wallet.

Let's just wait for the OneWatch and see what they come up with! But to be frank, I was truly impressed with Asus' ZenWatch. It's well within budget and even looks classy! What do you feel?
