    Hi, recently after updating the software on OnePlus Nord the buds have started acting very wired. It locks the screen, it disconnects and connects again, it's paired yet you can't hear anything while on video calls.

    Please help.

    Just got my grey OnePlus buds yesterday. I got a notification to update them but there was no change log. Does anyone know what the recent update entailed?

    suggest volume control as follows;
    volume up: touch and hold left bud while tapping on right bud
    volume down: touch and hold right bud while tapping on left bud.

    Rather than a tap and hold, the should just make it a single tap for volume and customizable double taps. Also during a phone call, a single tap on the left bud to mute and double tap to unmute

    I think single tap might sound easy to implement but difficult for the system to distinguish between a single tap and a double tap unless it is accepted to have a pause after a single tap. But then to lower or increase the volume it will take long time to set the volume. I thought of tap and hold on one earbud to sort of put the system into volume mode while tapping the other bud as fast as you want to set the volume. simulated this while I was jogging and it appears to me to be very practical. having said all this I think both of us are in an agreement that OnePlus needs to put volume control on such earbuds with loosing the existing features [e]1f60a[/e]

    I find the long tap very convenient to switch from one device to another( mobile to watch or vice versa) while both devices are in range of the earbuds.

    Definitely agree with you. Being able to switch between devices is nice. I wish it supported advanced multipoint Bluetooth though. That way you could be connected to both simultaneously and still be able to hear notifications from both. As well as take calls from 2 phones of they were connected to 2 phones at one time
