    Perhaps you (or one of your associates) could post a few of the "user complaints" which were discussed with OP's management, and their replies.

    3 pages of "back slapping" is fine, but doesn't bring any light to all the product questions and complaints one finds in the general forum, and the lack of direct response from Pete & Carl on critical issues.

    Yes they did also answer. One of the main points which they said also themselves is that they are definately going to improve communicating with community. That of course remains to be seen if it will come to be.

    Well the Thunderclap campaign wasn't specifically brought up, but the whole thing with OP2 and the silence about the "no Nougat update" was, and OP staff was the first ones that brought that even up, so atleast they have learned something.

    I don't think any of us actually have all the interactions and responses written up.

    I stopped caring about OnePlus and it's employees (barring a couple) a long time ago.

    I share your doubts. But being there, face to face with them, I have very good feelings.
    They were really listening (not just hearing) and enjoying the debate. They were very willing to improve communication with the community (which was the main reason the meeting happened btw).
    I can say that this meeting was enlightening for both sides. Finger crossed that it wasn't a one hit wonder

    1. Support timeline for devices
    2. Device design and concept and other OEM comparisons
    3. Camera post processing/swipe up to answer calls for example
    4. Admin interactions/visibility on forum
    5. Mods discussion and suggestions on forum improvement
    6. Do you like beer?

    Well I don't know what can be said for you to think differently. I have always been a person of my word (at least I try to be). If its not enough, then c'est la vie.
    What @gusuraman said is very much how I felt about the event too.

    Trust me, I was probably the one expecting less from this. But once we started talking I was glad to be proven wrong.
    It's no secret that I've been hating their recent communication through socials and forum. But in real life it was all another story. No marketing or PR bs at all

    If they decide not to do anything, then its their decision and not much we can do about it and at that point well...you propably know already
