We will need some more info if you need help. Battery stats, what apps you use and what is hot (it's relative). While playing games draining and heating is normal, same goes for streaming and other high power activities. While charging the phone can heat up a little too and then there is outside temperature as well (in a hot summer the phone is hotter compared to a cold winter).
As you can see many factors play a roll.
    Please for battery problems:
    Charge 100%
    Unplug at 100%
Use the phone like normal but don't charge it.
When at 10-15% screenshot Settings>battery for the SOT AND screenshot Settings>battery>per app usage.
Don't forget.to quote when you reply, otherwise I won't be notified. If you have any questions let me know!

    Hi there! Thanks a lot!
So I agree. Your phone is draining. I have similar stats compared to you but my phone has 6 hours of SOT and I gamed.
2 things that don't seem right:
Google Play Services and your screen.
The easiest solution for the screen is check if you got Automatic brightness turned on (swipe down the quick settings from the notification bar and tap the sun with the A.
Now if you have that turned on you it is possible that the screen is on full brightness (for example when you only use the screen in full day light it, the screen go 100% brightness).
As for Google Play games you can try and delete the cache because that is using way more than needed (Settings> apps>find google play services>storage>clear cache.
If your phone is really new and you don't have much stuff on the phone I always like to just factory reset and start over but that's up to you (make sure to back up whatsapp and other important stuff).
    Anyway, hope this helps!

    Hello,
I cleared cache but nothing changed. I think I will need a factory reset, but how to back up my files? I have hundreds of them. Thanks.
