    I had the same problem! 3 tiles wearing down & not working since pie (worked fine before). Apparently it's a bug with the OP BLE driver. I contacted the company I got my tiles from & discussed the issue with them & thankfully they offered a full refund on all three so I sent them back. If the bug gets fixed, then I'll probably buy them again (although probably the new ones with changeable batteries... FINALLY!)

    it's a Bluetooth tracker! the phone has Bluetooth, why is this a problem at all, it's quite frustrating.

    Girlfriend just got a Tile Style Pro series for Christmas... it doesn't sync with OP6.

    She also has a Fitbit Alta which hasn't been syncing since the update to android 9.... Pretty annoying.

    Been waiting for MONTHS for a fix now. Nothing.

    "Not supported by the app" is a bullshit cop-out. It WAS working and NOW you changed something it isn't.

    Clearly something has been changed either in OxygenOS or just base Andorid with how Bluetooth syncing works and it's not properly being relayed to developers so they can update accordingly their products.

    I also recieved a tile pro for christmas. Will not pair with my OP6, I get the message to turn on airplane mode, then turn off and try again. Does not work. Wife has a moto z2 force and her tile paired effortlessly. Would like a fix sooner rather than later.

    That makes total sense actually. My Fitbit Alta has been having connectivity issues for months now so I rarely wear it. This explains that as well. Guess I am returning my Tiles and selling my Fitbit. Never settle -_-

    This is still an issue. Never Settle, right? Impacts my Fitbit, hotel smart keys, smart air filter, and other items. OnePlus problem. My next phone won't be from CHINA.
