Conditional Forwarding

    I can't get the conditional forwarding to work on my OnePlus 7T. When I attempt to enter the MMI codes I get the following error:

    When I attempt to update through the phone dialer settings, I get this error:

    I have tried several SIM cards at this point. Any ideas about what might be causing it?

    Many times and am in ongoing conversation with them. Apparently with GSMA (ATT) they can do a manual over-ride, which solves my problem but I would like to have the feature work on my phone. Also did a master reset (the network provider's recommendation) and that didn't solve it either.

    EDIT: the provider is Red Pocket (GSMA)

    It looks like there are several threads on this forum regarding this issue, and so far it doesn't look like anyone has found a fix.

    UPDATE: the carrier has fixed it from their end but it still seems like a hardware issue?

    If it is a hardware issue, please contact the support via www.oneplus.com/support and get your device checked
