every line provider will ONLY make full support on phone that have volte and
enabled on those BRANDs THEY SELL ONLY. why he think provider sell them for?
    for fun? lolz

Well, here in the UK, EE does not sell the OnePlus as O2 has an exclusive selling right for them, and still support VoLTE and VoWiFi.

The funny thing is that my 3T had VoLTE but no VoWiFi whilst the 5 has both.

Why would anyone go there? As we all try to explain you, that the culprit is your operator and not the phone, there will be no VoLTE there anyway.
But you don't listen, just reject all sensible forum members calling them noobs, and assorted other insulting names, the fact is that YOU don't understand the concept of VoLTE at all.
I am not going to waste my time with you any more as it is just pointless.
Have fun believing whatever you want, but stop insulting people who disagree with your opinion.

Says the one who obviously has no idea of how VoLTE works. Insulting others will not make you right. Doing your homework and understand how the system works will help you being a respected member of the forum. Insulting others will make you alienated and laughed at.

You are still refusing to understand the facts. No, nothing needed apart from your operator to enable it.

Actually for VoLTE to be enabled, its an agreement between both carrier and OEM. It takes time to meet all requirements from both sides as well as money.

It was explained quite nicely by Nicole Q way back:

    So please move on

i knew some of these but after all sort out. the oem will provide volte feature by a software update
i knew that this is operator based feature but let's say operator and oem tied up for (xyz) and oem delay that then ...
i fell it in case of jio .....
3 and 3t got volte feature and after that op2 got very later that update
