    Hello OPfans,
so today i wanted to transfer some music on my precious but noticed that no matter how many times I installed the drivers i couldn't access my phone's storage except for photos only mode.

That's kinda weird.. I've tried uninstalling et reinstalling but nothing seems to work.

If you have any ideas feel free to share ;)

    Have a good day.

Mac or Windows? If you have a Mac download this. If you are on Windows refer to @Bartnl 's post above.
EDIT: If on Windows and this doesn't work let me know and I can do my best to help you.

    Thank you.
I'm on windows. I've tried putting it on MTP Mode as I'd do on any device but what keeps popping up on each plug-in on my laptop is the Drivers Installation Software.
I've tried installing w/ Admin Rights. Doesn't Work.
I do have access to my photos since the the PTP Mode works fine.

Okay, so I was looking around on XDA to try and find a fix and I found this answer from an XDA user by the name of 'cutcas':

Try that and let me know if it works.

I tried but it doesn't change anything.
I want to say that my pc does recognize the phone there's a just a problem w/ the drivers since the software pops up every time. There must have been an error since the phone thinks the pc has no drivers installed on it.
But what can i do at this point ?

Okay. I'm kind of lost here too.

    But let's try this:

    1. Press the Windows key
    2. Type 'Device Manager' into the search
    3. Open 'Device Manager'
    4. Find your OnePlus 3T or something that is probably it
    5. Right click on it and click on 'properties'
    6. Go to 'Driver'
    7. Uninstall drivers
    8. Unplug your phone, reboot both your computer and your phone
    9. Plug your phone back in and don't install any drivers
    10. Then go into MTP mode on your OnePlus 3T and see what happens

Let me know if this works. (Probably not but it's worth a try)

So basically i was in Device Manager/MTP/Properties
I uninstalled the drivers as you said and then clicked on Search for Drivers on the computer. It showed up two options, first one was called MTP (what my oneplus was called previously) and the second one was USB MTP Device. I installed the second one and it works now!
