Connection Error and App Freezing

    I have been experiencing a strange issue over the past two weeks; certain apps I cannot download or even access their page in the Google Play store without getting an error saying, "No Internet connection. Make sure Wi-Fi or cellular data is turned on, then try again". It is only for specific apps, like Avast Antivirus. Additionally, if I watch some Snapchat stories, every now and then I will watch one and receive the same error notice from Snapchat, but it will only be for one or two profiles on Snapchat. For instance, I have one friend whose Snapchat stories are unaccessible to me because it says there is no connection.

    Additionally, my apps continually will freeze for no apparent reason. If I search for a message in my Messages app, it will take about 10 seconds and then tell me the app is no longer responding. This occurs even when only one app is running and I have stopped background processes.

    Despite these issues, I love this phone. I can't get enough of its speed, screen quality, processing power and camera!

    does it still say you have service in the notification bar? I went through 4 7 pros where it said I had full bars 4g LTE, but kept giving me the same pop-up that I had no internet connection and now my 7t just started doing it. also if it touches me below chest level, it completely drops signal.

    all other connection features work when I experience this bug. connection doesn't falter in any other apps.
