Network/Connectivity Connection problem with oneplus wireless bullets and songs breaking

    Hi everyone,

    I have bought bullets two months ago, one of the best Bluetooth headphones I had till now. But for the past two days, there is a connection problem with my 6t, I don't know if its the problem with the phone or the earphones. It connects and suddenly disconnects after a few seconds. Even when playing songs are breaking in between, and sound also became low.

    Settings > Apps & notifications > see all apps > 3 dots on top right corner( show system apps ) > Bluetooth > storage > clear cache and clear storage

    Settings > system >Reset Options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth (it will delete your saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth settings also so keep that in mind)

    And restart your phone.

    I have bought Oneplus Bullets Wireless Z on 18th June. When this earphone is connected to Laptop there is lot of voice interruption but no interruption when connected to mobile. Any solution for this?

    Reset the phones Bluetooth adapter,

    Settings, System, Reset Options, Reset WiFi Mobile Bluetooth

    Also reset the Bluetooth on the Buds, check the device manual on how to do this.

    Then pair them back up.

    Even I am having the same problem with my newly purchased Wireless Z. My OnePlus Nord also not Connecting with earphones at single try, I have to turn off the Wifi to connect it.

    See, go to control panel>Sound>Manage Audio devices and select Oneplus wireless Z Stereo and apply it as default

    I am facing the same issue. I tried resetting the Bluetooth settings but still facing the same issue.
