Network/Connectivity Constant disconnections

    Bought the 8t from OP a few days ago - got in touch with EE to upgrade my contract to take advantage of 5g. However the phone will constantly disconnect from the network and will not re-connect unless I reboot the phone. Is this a known issue or is there a fix?

    I have reset the the phone to factory defaults a couple of times and it still occurs, I have seen other posts around the net with this same issue.

    I have applied for a RMA - and also a replacement sim from EE to see if that helps.

    Hopefully solved the issue, had to add a fresh APN setting. Seems stable for now.

    What OxygenOS version are you using?
    So, did you also contact support or visit a service center?

    Try to reset the wifi, mobile & Bluetooth under system -> reset option after your new sim is on. Then reboot and check again.

    I have a similar issue with my op 8T, the transition from wifi to data leaves the mobile without connection for a few minutes and in chrome it says proxy error refused. After a few minutes it connects fine but the connection is very slow. If I reboot it works fine for the first few minutes but then it's the same again, very poor speed. Do you know this issue?
