Not sure what you are trying to do. At the top it states Save To. Where do you want to save it?

The phone comes with the Google Comms suite. Contacts is part of that. But it allows you to choose where you want to save the contact at the top of the app.

Yeah you are right. In where do you want to save contact section it will show our Google account and device. For me only Google account is showing. Device option is not visible and not showing. This problem is not from the beginning. For the past fews days only I'm facing this problem

Backup your Contacts and call logs.

Then clear the Contacts App info Cache and App info Storage.

Do the same for the Phone Dialler App.

Open contacts allow any and all permissions required for each app and check if it gives device as an option.

In each of the apps I mentioned the Google Phone Dialler App, backup the call logs. And the Google Contacts app, backup the Contacts.

Go into the App info of each app and clear both the Cache and Storage data. This will reset both apps.

Once done. When you reopen those apps they may ask for permissions such as storage and so on.

Once you have restored your contacts and calls logs, try and create a New Contact and see if Device is now an option to Save to.

I currently use the following Google Phone version on my phone. Its a Beta version and works well. Might be worth a try.
    https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/googl...e-phone-65-0-370544174-publicbeta-go-release/

And I also use this version of Google Contacts.
    https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/googl...acts-3-44-2-369776217-2-android-apk-download/

If these don't fix it. Try the following as well.

One more thing to try is to reset permissions. But this happens for all apps. But might fix the issue. No guarantee.

Reset the App permissions, it may be that an app or apps or something connected is causing the issue.

Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > see all apps > select three dots > Reset app preferences.
    Then reboot.

This will not delete your apps data but you will have to provide permissions for all your Apps again.

    Check if this can help.

Don't have the OnePlus Dialler on the 9 Pro, actually used Google Dialler and Contacts on the 6T when I had it going.
