How very nice. I suggest the app feature a save or upload switch specifically for "OnePlus Forum 2 MB Size" so as to not cripple the app for other uses.
    Also, "Big Thanks!" @strafer.

The Paris trip was a birthday present from my girlfriend, which can be seen in the picture. When we are travelling I often just stop and have to take photos from the surroundings. At times she gets "annoyed" and gives me "The Look"! :D

The following pictures were taken during our 2 week road-trip trough poland:

    IMG_20150817_102218-01.jpg
This was our local coffee spot with a direct view on a always crowded and busy crossroad. Gotta have a good coffee to start the day!
The old tram in black and white makes this picture look rather old. I like it.
The black border at the bottom is the inside wall. I thought it actually gives a good contrast so I did not crop it out.
Fun-fact: I was born only two hours away from Kraków.

I just like the contrast between the "blue" sky and the "brown" modern building.
Works even in black and white.

We were just randomly walking through this small but pretty city
when I discovered this piece of art. I had a good lough and had to take this photo.
This is how I edited the picture in the first place shortly after I took it, so this was not specially edited for this contest.

    IMG_20160514_131410-01.jpg
Going here was another birthday present I got from my girlfriend.
It was more than amazing! If you ever visit Barcelona, make sure to enter Sagrada Familia!

I probably took a dozen pictures here to catch the perfect symmetry.
Editing this was fun, it seems this was made to be black and white.

    IMG_20160811_113756-01.jpg
Our plan was to get a great view and enjoy hiking. It started raining shortly after taking this picture and we got soaking wet. You can actually see a couple people in the background.

Greyfriars cemetery has a mystical vibe, even in daylight.
We visited it twice. Once during a Harry Potter tour (my girlfriend is a HP nerd!).
The second time at night during a horror tour only equipped with a lantern. *fun*

This is the Hotel where J.K. Rowling finished the last Harry Potter book.
(Yes, we got to know this from the Harry Potter tour)
This was taken manually with a lower shutter and low ISO to keep the camera from overexposing the situation.

This was taken during the Fringe Festival.

Taken in London, Notting Hill, Portobello Road - when I saw this guy with a Notting Hill shopping bag I kneeled down and waited for the right moment to take this photo.

So this was the reason we waited for that OpenBeta12? ;)

    @david.yang
If we want to add more photos, should we just edit our post or is it better to create a new post with additional photos?

This looks like fun. It caught my eye about a week ago and I've been thinking on participating. Now that I'm considering on buying a 3T to replace my stolen X (R.I.P. :(), this looks like the perfect timing.

That being said, I've been preparing for the last three days. I went among all the photos I took with my OPX, handpicked lots of them, then started making some edits and seeing how good some of those look in B&W. The album is down to 66 pics, still a lot, lol.

Is there a limit on how much one can upload? Would someone like to help me furthermore handpick the best? A comment in the photo or photos of your preference in here would be greatly appreciated https://goo.gl/photos/eFLHrpDXK5RGSLZe9 :)

I really enjoyed going through them, and editing them and seeing how much potential some of those had, and started liking the post-production phase (I usually just took photos and 99.99% of the time, that was it, didn't even use instagram filters XD). I worked with Google Photos, thanks God I had that enabled and my photos survived thanks to it, now I also learned I can make cool edits with it too!

I'll give it some time to sort out some of the photos, and start uploading the rest in 2-3 days. :) thanks!

nice pic. In 90% a simple conversion of a color pic ruins the photo. Not this time!

mi sa che hai caricato le foto direttamente sul forum o non so in quale altro modo...
te lo scrivo solo perchè tu sappia che:
    - da browser desktop non si possono ingrandire
    - e da app sono delle miniature

    ciao milanès ;)

I think that you have uploaded the photos directly on the forum or do not know how else ...
I just write because you know that:
    - From the desktop browser they can not be enlarged
    - And on the app are like a thumbnail

    ciao Milanès

It only works when the lighting is correct, with good contrasts.

    Many heavy manipulated pics here.

Photo manipulation is a very old tradition! :) I used several color filters for B&W photos when I was young. And I used several methods while developing to get the right appearance. That's what you have to do with image processing programs today.

You're absolutely right. But still I like to make that picture as direct as possible. Every setting on a camera is in fact manipulation, call me old fashioned, but I still like to make that picture straight out of the box as much as I can.
