sorry for reviving this zombie thread...

anyway, you guys think Photo #3 is impressive? personally, i thought #4 looks better, though I have to say its not perfect -- can see pixelation at the dark areas (like the tree and building on the left). but otherwise, the globe structure looks really nice, no? and its taken at night... the lighting looks more natural and real.

    the rest... seems over-exposed.

You gotta look at it from a human eye perspective :)

In real life, you wouldn't be seeing all those blacks. Due to the background (which I'm assuming is a city) it would be bright, and vibrant.

The fourth picture looks TOO dark. Over saturated, and not natural, while the 3rd pic looks more... Naked in terms of the human eye so to say. Captures the light from it surroundings, than totally ignoring the light as in pic 4.

ouch... i'm wearing glasses... so excuse me a bit ya... ;)

anyway... i guess for that shot, if its a brightly lit place (with spotlights), then ya... photos 1-3 would look more 'natural'. but if its not brightly lit, while photos 1-3 does make the it more viewable, it does not make it more natural...

    well, just my opinion anyway.

Also, consider that the brightness from the flash, while taking a photo, plays a factor. So it can be very dark, but with the flash it can appear very visible.

yup... agreed. if flash was used for the shots... Note 3 flash is really bad. :)

and the other 3 phones... they can probably blind the people in the photo... lolz...

If you're using Google Chrome: right-click each image and choose 'open in new tab', the tab will tell you the resolution, by Googling the resolution you can work out which phone took it.

    You're welcome!
