Continuous network problem in 8T via OnePlus 8T Aquamarine Green

  1. G1604584585710 , via OnePlus 8T Aquamarine Green , Jul 24, 2021 :
From the past few weeks I had been facing continuous network problem in my OP 8T. I don't know the reason but my family members using the same Airtel's SIM doesn't have any issues regarding network. Also during call, my ambient light sensor is not working properly. While on call there is a automatically mute button, hold button, recording button touched by my cheeks. It feels so irritating. Please help me.

Same issues with my KB2003 OnePlus 8T. Phone is unusable. Very disappointing that no one from the company seems interested in solving this as there are numerous threads, some 6 months old.

I did. Had new SIM card issued by provider. Tried slot 1 and 2. Tried resetting network settings. Tried deleting system cache. All suggested by support.
This is either software issue, which should be addressed by hotfix asap, or is hardware issue, in which case, OnePlus sells useless phones.

I just did. Stop ignoring the issue as there are numerous threads and complaints. Your phones are useless like this. I want to be able to make and receive calls without having to monitor network availability 24/7, and all that without even changing my location. 3 times I had to reboot the device today and it's only noon. And I was in my house all the time.

Dude, this place is a user forum - I am a user like you. This forum is not the official support platform. So it is not „my“ phones and I don’t ignore. I am not working for OnePlus

See, this is such a bot thing to do. Why can't you leave my reply as the last one so people know issue is not fixed?
Users of OnePlus 8T, phone drops out of network randomly. It can happen 4-5 times per day. Imaging missing at least 4-5 important calls per day since your device can't do its basic function, make and receive phone calls.
Google this issue and you'll see countless threads all suggesting same solutions that do not work. They are just wasting your time and trying to hide their incompetence. This problem is 6 months old. It's clearly not going to be fixed. Stay away from this company or you'll end up with expensive bricks.
What use is phone that can't make or receive phone calls?

Just trying to state the obvious. Google the issue people. Don't listen to paid bots. There's no working fix 6 months after first reports. They should have pulled their phones and not sell them as useless.
