If you got this you can use the Bacon toolkit with the no wipe option to flash the fastboot image in fastboot mode.

Please note even though it seems like your data has been wiped when very first turning on after using the Fastboot method you can ignore most of the start wizard (such as adding your Google account) and everything will be back to normal after it's done however you will need to enable your CM account sync again as well as a few other minor settings.

Hello Guys!I think the zip file is only working if you have stock recovery installed and is not working with twrp. But if you want to install yes is beter to use wugfresh bacon toolkit.

i tried the full update cm-12.1-YOG4PAS2QL-bacon.zip with the "cyaonogen recovery" and got:

    Install failed
    Finding update package ...
    Opening update package ...
    Verifying update package ...
E: failed to verify whole-file signature
    E: signature verification failed
    Installation aborted.

The OnePlus One is rooted, bootloader unlocked and has version cm-12.1-YOG4PAS1N0

(I have no windows pc to try the bacon toolkit)

    --Update--

    also tried the OTA-zip cm-bacon-7c535cd450-to-49d90510ef-signed.zip
    from http://cyanogen-ota-bacon.somee.com/
before updating i wiped the cache ... and also got an error:

    Install failed
    Finding update package ...
    Opening update package ...
    Verifying update package ...
    Installing update...
    Verifying current system...
/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/system has been remonted R/W: reflash device to reenable OTA updates
    E: Failed to install /sideload/package.zip
E: Please take note of all the above lines for reports

-- Update from the update --

the oneplus one was rooted - may be that's why the incremental update failed. So i flashed the cm-12.1-YOG4PAS1N0-bacon-signed.zip (via cyanogen recovery), restarted, installed the OTA-zip again (via cyanogen recovery) - and bingo - it worked!

Ha, the fastboot method erase all data... Hmmm, i'm not sure I want to do this so...

How can I revert to the stock recovery ?

Go into the Bacon toolkit settings to enable no wipe mode. However regardless some settings will be wiped like background and which quick settings you have junk like that but not app data or accounts.

I've had no luck with ota or full zip
full zip not signed, so won't install on cyanogen recovery

Ok, if only somme custom settings are gone, like wallpaper, or notifications sounds, I can try the toolkit.
But as far as I remember, I always had troubles to get the propers drivers functionning under windows... ANd now I'm on win10 pro 64x...
On my mac, I never had thoses problems with drivers... I used the terminal line code :)

You have to use the drivers from the Android SDK. At least that's what I do. So far only thing I've found is one has to redo a few settings but all my accounts and app data was fine except I had to login to mint but that's easy.

Got stock phone and tried incremental but failed. Kinda sad that cyanogen release an update that just works on some phones if in stock mode.
