    Just is case, try to use another cable. I was using the original cable and at some point started to not work as transfer file (but fully able to charge the phone) after tried another cable it worked.

    Does anyone know how long it takes until they give you some sort of update on your phone?

    My phone had the boot loop problem out of the blue with no warning or anything and then after multiple restarts it was just dead. the "level 2 specialists" couldn't do anything (except for ignoring my messages and trying to tackle a completely different issue that wasn't even the problem with my phone... oh well) ... after 3 sessions with these "specialists" I had to send it in because they couldn't do anything.
    It now has been almost a month since it arrived in Poland in some company that is supposed to fix my phone. My phone "broke" in december and then it was sill within the 2 year warranty.
    Although now it is February and I bought my phone on Feb. 5th two years ago.

    Will I ever get an update on my phone? Does anyone have experience with how long this usually takes? Because I'm used to get some sort of update from these sort of companies. .. they at least write you an email. "we received the item and will work on."
    And the warranty still covers this right? Because I reported the issue and sent the phone in before the warranty was over.?

    I'm not an impatient person but being left with no information for almost a month is just not okay. Worst Customer Support I've ever experienced. I start to regret buying a oneplus phone.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the e-mail... that made no sense at all and wasn't of any help.
    This is by far the worst customer support I've ever had and anyone who reads this I can NOT recommend becoming a customer of OnePlus at all!

    Getting no update, no communication, or confirmation whatsoever on a sent in phone for a month now is absolutely unacceptable. Communication between OnePlus and the Customer is terrible to non existent.

    I'm very disappointed.

    Buying a phone from a friend and I have to replace the screen. The incident that made the crack also bent the phone slightly so I was wondering if I'm going to run into any troubles replacing the screen if the phone is bent? It's a very minor bend and the phone itself still charges just that you obviously can't see the screen because it's cracked.

    Well, my one plus one exploded while charging this morning. Almost set my house on fire. The explosion set pillow and blanket on fire as well as carpet....... I got second degree burn on my left arm and lucky no injury on my face..... I'm still in shock... u see the news but it's a totally different experience in real life. Support ticket submitted. I was told by online CS that a specialist will contact me soon. What should I do? Does this happen before?

    My one plus one mobile got exploded. Please be careful with the device while charging. Ensure no other items nearby. Luckily I was far away from the mobile so nothing major happened.
