    unfortunately for you (OnePlus) and not me, it's again a post against the OnePlus support !!!
    I have issues since beginning of my bought of my OnePlus 6T MLE, I followed Aaaalllll the directives of the support, so many mails exchanges to repeat and repeat again the same things....
    More than three sending to your technical center which is a real incapable center... (just an example : when you send a phone which was on the last update with issues and customer service asks you again for reset one more time... for nothing... finally you say yes, ok I will send my phone ...one more time... AND the technical center do what !? a factory reset furthermore without the last update and send back the phone to you like that ? where are the skills of the technical center...)
    currently, I'm still waiting for an answer for more than one month from your employee, I sent and sent again mails to have news and nobody answers, John is his name.
    I should have a loan device after accepted the offer but today more than one month again, NO NEWS, NO ANSWERS, NOTHING !!!! IT'S JUST INCREDIBLE !!
    is it that a professional service for your customers ?????
    please forward to the right people, I need to go ahead with this issue. I'm Yoann Balseiro and the phone is a OP6TMLE.

    As far as I can recall, in December you weren't happy with the way CS proposed you a loan device.
    But you gave no news on your thread in French after December 4th. Unless F1529944492841 is a duplicate account of yours, that is, whose last message was posted on January 21st.
    Could you provide details?

    unfortunately you are wrong, you don't have the whole case.
    Yes I tried to go with the french support at the time you mentioned. but they said that they can do. nothing and forwarded me to the English support.
    I spoke sooooo a lot with them and sent my phone again and again for nothing completely resolved.
    at the the end I accepted to have a last sending to your repair service but with a loan phone.
    Currently, I'm still waiting the way to pay for that.
    I recalled again and again the same person in charge of my case without any answer, just incredible !! Nothing. he never answered.
    I tried to go by the chat, online. an agent answered me, found my case and said, ok I going to help you and currently I still have no answer.....
    So sorry but no don't say that I wanted more or something like this, I JUST want a fully functional phone for which I paid.

    I was only referring to this post in which you not so politely complained about the absence of loan device, while nowhere OnePlus ever claimed there would be one:
    So clearly, you weren't satisfy because of this. Without this exigence of yours, your device would be repaired already.

    If you have emails or chat recordings finally promising you a loan device, send me a PM with RMA number, all discussions and details.

    a this time the support didn't offer me a loan.
    the loan didn't exist at this time.
    They asked to buy a new phone at the strong price and without insurance. I pasted the emails of the support where she said that "yes if there's a problem with the phone you will not be reimburse and no we can't put the insurance on it)
    so it course I was not happy and a bit not polite because it's during since too many time !!!

    who would be not satisfied, sincerely ?

    Currently I don't know if it's possible but when I bought the second device I was not able to use the same account and need to create a new one.
    so please, don't ask me if I'm aware of not when I'm totally honest furthermore, if I let my name on my thread.

    we are the 9 August and I have no more inform at this time.
    whatever the communication channel I use... it's still the same... no answer.
    I tried, by phone, by mail with french support, by mail with English support, chat and here with the community and at the end the result stay the same. NOBODY ANSWER....
    it's a shame for a company like OnePlus to have a so bad after sale service.
    Have some already mobilized consumer associations to denounce this way of doing things?
