kashishlohiya , via OnePlus 8T , Apr 8, 2021 : What a poor customer service you have. Raised my query 3-4 days before, that time they told me to wait for 24-48 hrs Next day no response from the team. Next day called to OP service centre, now one of the executive says that you have to wait 24-72 hrs. Guys firstly you decide how much time should you say to.your customers. Heights of Stupidity and this type of thing is happening twice with me. 1st time was the Changing Bill name. And Second time is this. Now today again called customer support and still they are telling me to wait another 24 hrs. So total wasting time = 72+24= 96hrs Are you guys seriously running or maintaining a tech company or doing stupidity out there in your AC enabled offices?? Heights of unprofessionalism!! You completely decieve your customers !!
