CYANOGEN 11S vs stock android vs Samsung's version

I use to be an iPhone (a 4) user, when I switched to android I used a Galaxy sII and did not like it, it seemed quirky and slow I think that was from the bloatware. Rather then switch back to apple I took a leap of faith and got a NEXUS 4 and loved it, I still love it, it is clean and stable and quick enough. Will the OPO with CYANOGEN 11S be more like the samsung version that I did not like or will it be more like the NEXUS 4 that I do like.

I am not a fan of Android nor Oneplus. I came from a 4 years of experience of iDevices. But I admit, Oneplus is as fast as my iPhone5 if not better. I do not think anything like " OMG Android is so slow " while using Oneplus One

It's closer to Google's Android, no bloatware. The whole point of CM was to get a vanilla Android experience without the bloatware. It's basically as close to Google's Android OS without buying a Nexus. Even then, a lot of people end up installing a different Android ROM.

You know I don't get the big ios vs android conflict. I used and iphone for years (and use to me a mac guy, no I use mac and Linux I still hate windows) and still use my old iphone 4 for itunes. I don't see a huge difference between the two systems. Android has more features, and ios has a reputation for being more stable but comparing similar devices (there are a lot of budget tablets and phones out there that run android) android phones these days seem to be as stable. The higher end apps come to ios first but there seem to be more free apps on android. Frankly there are not many things that one can do that the other cant. I wish itunes was available for android so I would not have carry both devises (I am heavily invested in itues) and I wish ios would not hijack my txt messages when I put my sim in the iphone ( there are times I would carry the little iphone 4).

CyanogenMod is more of like the stock android, with the hidden powers unleashed.. :D

I think comparing it with the Samsung UI is an insult, I hate TouchWiz..

Yeah I see. My point at the first place was not the conflict btwn ios and android. But ios and android characterize the speed and the user experience. Thats why i said so. But I understand you the big investment in itunes forces you to not to leave the apple ecosystem. My suggestion is get an iphone 6 or 6+ or wait one more year to have 6s if you can,and do not get involved with oneplus. Hope and wish the best for u! :) Cheers

my OPO is here in the mail at the post office to be picked up. I like the more freedom with android and love my NEXUS 4 just wanting something bigger. I would still ise the iphone 4 when I was not going to use apps because the old iphone is so small (I ma probably going to get a small feature phone for thsoe occasions) I like apple I really do my wife is about to get a iphone 6 but like things a little more open.
