You should had ask that before ordering the phone from a third party.

So, in Oneplus database you are not the original buyer and therefore will have no official support. You can't ask for RMA (support from Oneplus) directly. If you get a problem you have to speak to your seller and hope that he is willing t o help you, which I don't think he will do.

But you still get updates and so on but you have no access to RMA. Of course the RMA sucks in OP but it is working (slowly) for most people. You, my friend, now rely in your own skills and our community to solve possible problems with the phone.

You purchased the Chinese version. Read this thread, it sums up the differences:
    https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/5-reasons-to-not-buy-the-oneplus-one-from-scalpers.35689/

The Chinese version also runs on ColorOS an not on CyanogenMod.

    Hello everyone !
I recently bought a OnePlus One 64GB for me in France. But what a suprise when i discovered that there is no Cyanogen logo at the back of the phone :(
Is it a link between this and the recent conflict with OP and CyanogenMod ?

EDIT : This is an official OPO bought on this website I already bought 3 other OPO for my friends (with invitation only) and they had the logo.

EDIT 2 : Also in France, a friend of mine as receveid a OPO for the new year without the logo
