    Nvm, found it. Strange that cygn didn't say this, it should be them since Cyanogenmod only does the CM part, not the COS part... Really thinking that this is about another subject, or even April fools.

    Lets be real here. Even if Cyanogen releases CM13 today, it won't be generally available. Like all previous releases, it will go in a staged roll out, which means you could wait a week or two (or three) before you get it OTA.

    They'll likely release a full ROM and patch for manual downloading, but again, lets be real, those that are prepared to download and manually install a ROM, are probably running the CM13 nightly builds already.

    Firstly, say "COS 13" not "CM 13".

    Secondly, ever heard of incremental update? There is a COS update tracker app out there, which downloads the incremental zip (when available). You reboot into recovery, flash the zip and voila! Only abnormal folks wait for OTA to reach their phone specifically these days.
