Which version of TWRP are you using? & which gapps?
Radio modules are a part of firmware, not the firmware itself.. Use the one recommended by jgcaap which is available on his download site..
Also, Cache & Internal Storage partitions to F2FS & System partition to EXT4..

    Glad you got everything working..
Per-app theming isn't supported on CyanogenMod theme engine compared to Layers RRO..
It is supported by the COS theme engine from C-Apps but currently the C-Apps don't work on CM13..

See what is draining the battery.
    BACK UP IN TWRP FIRST.
Goto Settings-> Battery->Use since last charge->Look through the list to see what is taking the juice. Change Battery mode setting to Efficiency.
Install Greenify to end draining app services if you still get problems.

Here is a good guide for you too:

He doesn't write changelogs anywhere except in the ROM, because he doesn't have much time... If you want to update, you should check his XDA thread because sometimes builds are not perfect. I usually dirty flash two times a week, with a clean install every 2 weeks. Never had problems dirty flashing ;)

Try Naptime by Franco from Google Play to configure Doze function without installing Xposed.

    Just dirty flash.
Wipe Cache & Dalvik/Art Cache: This will rid whatever is stored in memory.
    Install ROM
Wipe Cache & Dalvik/Art Cache again: This will refresh the menu, storage and optimize Apps.

Try going to settings-> Location-> Three dot menu on top right->scanning->Turn off WiFi & Bluetooth scanning. Then change location to phone only or battery saving. If not using Google Maps or similar app turn off location. If you use Google Maps or similar then allow the app access only when you need it from notification toggle bar pulldown.

    I did, obviously :p
Not really an expert in photography, but camera is nice. Clean flashed from 16-4 and I can really feel that ROM is better. Way smoother than before. Awesome as always ;)
Edit: just realised that I haven't changed ROM for more than a mouth... Your builds are the best!
